Virtual Items Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Kwonnet is owned and operated by Torzwar Technova Ltd (Formerly - Suapkonnect Advanced Technology Ltd), referred to as Kwonnet, we, or us. This policy applies to all Kwonnet users, wherever they live, when buying, receiving, spending, transferring, or withdrawing eligible virtual balances. Feature availability, payment methods, currencies, verification, and legal requirements may vary by location. This policy does not make an unavailable or legally restricted feature available everywhere.
Read this policy with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, and any conditions shown for a game, promotion, or purchase. This policy explains virtual-item use; the Refund Policy governs refund requests. Specific feature conditions apply only where clearly disclosed and must not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. Mandatory local consumer protections take priority over any conflicting condition.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register on Kwonnet and must have an eligible Kwonnet account to use virtual items. Parent or guardian permission does not make an under-18 user eligible. You must also meet applicable legal-capacity, payment-provider, and other requirements for the feature and where you live. Use only payment methods and payout destinations you are authorized to use. A balance or access to a purchase screen does not by itself establish eligibility for a withdrawal or reward.
Keep your account credentials and verification codes private. Review the amount and recipient before confirming a transaction. Report unauthorized activity promptly; you remain entitled to applicable remedies for unauthorized payments. We may verify account ownership and transaction details before processing a request.
2. What Kwonnet’s virtual items represent
- Coins: the wallet balance used for supported Kwonnet purchases, gifts, transfers, and game actions. Coins can be purchased or credited through supported rewards or other authorized transactions. Eligible coins can be submitted for withdrawal through the supported payout flow.
- Bonus: a separate promotional balance that may accompany a purchase or be earned through eligible activities. Bonus can be used only in features that expressly accept it. It is not directly withdrawable or interchangeable with the coin balance.
- Gifts and tips: digital gift packages that you activate with coins to support a user or their content. The sender’s coin cost and the recipient’s net coin credit can differ because a platform fee applies.
- Game scores, energy, and rewards: feature-specific measures and benefits. A score, ranking, energy point, or other game indicator is not automatically a coin credit or a withdrawable amount. The game or reward conditions identify what is awarded and how it can be used.
Virtual items are service features, not bank deposits, legal tender, ownership shares, or an investment promising returns. They do not give you ownership of Kwonnet or of another user’s content. You may use them only through supported Kwonnet functions. Except for authorized transfers, refunds, and eligible withdrawals, we do not authorize off-platform trading, resale, or exchange for third-party goods or services.
3. Buying coins
Buy coins through Kwonnet’s supported checkout, using an available payment provider such as Flutterwave or Bachs. Review the package quantity, associated bonus, price, payment currency, and applicable charges before paying. Available packages and payment routes may change. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own disclosed exchange or transaction charges.
Coins are credited after payment verification. A pending, failed, or unverified payment is not a confirmed coin purchase. Check the payment status and contact support about a missing credit or duplicate charge before paying again. Keep the receipt and transaction reference. Use only the purchase methods actually offered by Kwonnet.
4. Spending coins and bonus
Coins may pay for supported gifts, game actions, subscriptions, and other features that offer a coin payment option. Bonus may be accepted for particular game or promotional actions; a feature that requires coins does not automatically accept bonus. Check the displayed cost, accepted balance, and any fee before confirming. Spending for a game action does not guarantee a correct answer, a win, or a reward.
View balances, purchases, and transaction records in Wallet. Amounts reserved for a pending refund or withdrawal are not available to spend again. Report discrepancies with the transaction reference so we can investigate. We may correct verified duplicate credits, processing errors, or fraudulent credits and explain relevant adjustments where appropriate.
5. Gifts and tips
Choose an available gift package and confirm the recipient and coin cost. A completed gift deducts coins from the sender and credits the recipient with the net coins after the applicable platform fee. The gift’s face value is not a promise that the recipient receives the same number of coins or the same cash value. Any later withdrawal is subject to its own conversion, fees, and eligibility.
Gift details and the sender’s identity may appear in the recipient’s activity, notifications, or gift lists according to the feature. Where anonymous gifting is offered, it hides the sender’s identity in the relevant user-facing presentation; Kwonnet still retains transaction records. A gift does not buy ownership of content or require the recipient to respond, follow you, provide a service, or deliver a particular result.
Completed gifts and tips are not automatically reversible for a change of mind. Errors, unauthorized activity, duplicate deductions, and mandatory remedies can be raised under the Refund Policy. Do not use gifts to disguise prohibited transactions or manipulate rewards.
6. Coin transfers
Where the transfer feature is available, you can send coins to another eligible Kwonnet wallet. Bonus is not transferred through this flow. The current minimum transfer is 100 coins, and the sender pays a fee equal to 50% of the transfer amount in addition to the coins sent. For example, sending 100 coins deducts 150 coins from the sender and credits 100 coins to the recipient. Review the transfer confirmation before proceeding.
Transfers require sufficient available coins, an eligible recipient, and unlocked wallets. Check the recipient carefully. A completed transfer is not automatically cancelled because you change your mind; contact support promptly about a mistake or unauthorized transfer. Changes to transfer conditions will be disclosed before they apply to a new transaction.
7. Games, tasks, promotions, and rewards
Rewards may be available for qualifying games, tasks, referrals, daily activities, or promotions. The relevant feature identifies the qualifying action, reward type, amount, timing, and any limits. A task reward may be coins or bonus; these balances have different uses. Energy and turbo support game participation and do not independently create a right to cash.
Participation, a displayed score, popularity, or a referral does not guarantee an award or a payout. Do not use bots, collusion, duplicate or deceptive accounts, prohibited automation, or other manipulation. We may review results and correct or withhold disputed rewards while reasonably investigating an error or suspected violation. Contact support if you believe an adjustment is incorrect. Promotion conditions and changes must respect applicable legal rights.
8. Withdrawing eligible coins
Eligible users can request a withdrawal from their available coin balance through Kwonnet’s supported bank or crypto payout routes. Bonus, game energy, and scores are not directly withdrawable. A withdrawal is different from a refund of a coin purchase.
The withdrawal flow identifies the coin deduction, conversion rate, exchange fee, payout value and currency, limits, destination, and any provider information available. Your purchase price per coin may differ from the withdrawal conversion rate. Check the quote before authorizing it; an expired quote or changed rate may require a fresh confirmation. A balance display is not a guarantee of a particular payout value.
Withdrawals require the applicable account and email verification, sufficient available coins, supported profile and destination details, and security authorization. Limits, account restrictions, fraud checks, provider availability, and additional review may apply. Coins are reserved when a withdrawal is confirmed and cannot be spent while it remains pending. Follow the displayed status and contact support about delays; a submitted request is not proof of receipt.
For crypto payouts, verify the exact network, asset, and receiving address. Provider processing, network confirmation, fees, and market changes can affect receipt and value. Completed transfers may be irreversible. If a payout is confirmed to have failed without funds reaching the destination, reserved coins are restored under the applicable transaction process; uncertain outcomes may remain under review to prevent duplicate payment. You are responsible for any taxes legally payable by you, and we or a provider may perform reporting or withholding where required.
9. Refunds and payment disputes
Eligible completed coin purchases normally qualify for a full purchase refund requested within 14 days, subject to returning the purchased coins and associated bonus or the quoted coin deduction for a bonus shortfall. Sufficient available balance and verifiable original-payment details are required for the automated flow. Payment-route restrictions and crypto refund requirements are explained in our Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy also explains subscriptions, gifts, game charges, processing times, and support review. There is no blanket rule that coin delivery or reading this policy waives a cooling-off right. Statutory remedies and any legally required consent or acknowledgement for digital delivery remain applicable. If an automated refund is unavailable, contact support about errors or legal entitlements. You may also use available payment-provider dispute procedures and competent regulator or court remedies.
10. Restrictions, closure, and changes
We may restrict transactions or virtual-item access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud, violations, or legal requirements. We may reconcile balances following verified errors, refunds, or payment reversals. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and allow you to request review. Restrictions do not automatically extinguish valid refund claims or mandatory rights.
Before requesting account closure, check pending refunds or withdrawals and save needed transaction records. Closure does not automatically convert all virtual items to money or refund past spending. Contact us about any remaining eligible balance or unresolved transaction. Feature changes or discontinuation will be handled with notice and any remedies required by applicable law; we do not retrospectively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
