Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Kwonnet is owned and operated by Torzwar Technova Ltd (Formerly - Suapkonnect Advanced Technology Ltd). This is the refund policy for purchases from Torzwar Technova Ltd (Formerly - Suapkonnect Advanced Technology Ltd) through Kwonnet.
This policy covers Kwonnet coin purchases, subscriptions, and other paid features. Read it with our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. The 14-day coin refund option is our standard voluntary policy; it does not shorten any longer cancellation period or remove remedies required by law for an unauthorized, duplicate, defective, or undelivered purchase.
1. Coin purchases: the 14-day refund option
Our Virtual Items Policy explains how coin purchases, bonus balances, gifts, transfers, and withdrawals work.
You can request a full refund of an eligible completed coin purchase within 14 days of its recorded purchase date. The purchase must belong to your account and have verifiable original-payment details. Our automated flow currently supports eligible Flutterwave and Bachs purchases, subject to the payment-route limits below. It does not provide a partial refund of a coin package.
To reverse the package, your wallet must have enough available coins to return all purchased coins and cover any quoted bonus shortfall. The bonus issued with that purchase is also returned. Spending some coins does not automatically remove eligibility if your available balance can cover the full quoted deduction. If the refund period has ended or balances or payment details do not meet these conditions, the automated refund may be unavailable. Contact support if you believe you have a legal entitlement or there is an error.
2. Coins and bonus deductions
The refund preview shows the original paid amount and currency, the purchased coins to be returned, the bonus to be returned, and any additional coins needed because your bonus balance is insufficient. The shortfall is valued using the conversion rate and bonus factor shown in the preview, converted to coins and rounded up to two decimal places. Review the total before confirming; we do not silently treat a bonus as money refundable to you.
When you request the refund, the quoted coins and bonus are deducted and held out of your spendable balance while processing. If the provider confirms that the refund failed, those deductions are restored. An uncertain or pending provider result may require review, and the deduction remains reserved until the outcome is resolved. A submitted request is not confirmation that money has reached you.
3. Refund destination and payment limits
- Card and other supported payments: refunds are sent through the original provider to the original payment method. We do not offer an unrelated person’s account as a substitute. Contact support if the original method has closed or cannot receive the refund.
- Bachs NGN payments: automated refunds are currently unavailable, including relevant NGN collection routes. This is a processing limitation, not a waiver of your rights. Contact support with your receipt for review of an error or applicable legal remedy.
- Bachs crypto payments: the provider returns the refund in the original crypto asset. You must supply a compatible wallet address on the original payment network and confirm the network and asset. The preview identifies available payment details. Do not assume the fiat reference amount fixes the number of tokens or their later market value; confirm the provider’s conversion and any applicable network charges before proceeding. Crypto refunds can be irreversible, and incorrect addresses or networks can cause loss.
The refund preview shows the original purchase value. Your bank or provider may apply exchange-rate differences or charges under its own disclosed terms; we do not guarantee the value after an independent conversion. We will not use provider restrictions or fees to reduce a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.
4. How to request and track a refund
- Sign in to the account that made the purchase and open Wallet, then the purchase history.
- Choose the eligible purchase and select Refund. Review the amount, coin and bonus deductions, and payment destination. For a crypto refund, complete and confirm the required wallet details.
- Confirm the request once. Use the displayed status or Check refund option to track it. Avoid repeated requests or a second purchase while an earlier payment is still being verified.
If the button is missing, the request fails, or you need help, email supakonnect@gmail.com with your username, purchase or transaction reference, purchase date, amount and currency, payment provider, and reason. Attach a receipt or relevant screenshot with sensitive details hidden. Never send your full card number, card security code, password, messaging passcode, or one-time code. We may verify account ownership before acting.
5. Processing times and review
Processing starts after verification and provider acceptance. Refunds can take several business days; the time depends on the payment method, provider, bank, and any required review. For current Flutterwave channel estimates, see its refund guidance. Crypto refunds also depend on provider processing and network confirmation. These are processing estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date.
If a refund is pending, marked for review, or has not arrived after the provider’s stated period, contact us with the purchase and refund references. We will investigate the provider result and explain any further information needed. A provider’s initial acknowledgement is not necessarily final settlement. You will not receive both a completed refund and the coins or bonus attributable to that refunded purchase.
6. Subscriptions and other digital purchases
Subscription cancellation stops future renewal as confirmed by the subscription controls; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Check the cancellation confirmation for its effect on current access. The 14-day automated coin-purchase flow does not apply to subscriptions. Contact support for subscription billing errors, duplicate charges, unavailable paid features, or a refund required by law or a purchase-specific promise. A change of mind after access or digital delivery has started may not qualify for a voluntary refund.
Where local law provides a cooling-off right for digital content or services, it remains available unless it has been validly waived with the consent and acknowledgement required by that law. Using Kwonnet or reading this policy alone is not such a waiver.
7. Tips, games, rewards, and withdrawals
Completed tips, gifts, and game spending are not automatically refunded merely because you change your mind or dislike a game result. Contact support about unauthorized activity, duplicate deductions, technical failures, or a service not delivered as described. We will assess the transaction and any required remedy. Promotional bonuses and rewards are not separately refundable as a cash purchase.
A withdrawal of an eligible wallet balance is a separate transaction, not a purchase refund. Its quote, destination, fees, verification, and status govern processing. Completed withdrawals or crypto transfers may not be reversible. Contact support promptly if you identify a mistake.
8. Payment disputes and your rights
Report suspected unauthorized or duplicate charges promptly to us and your payment provider. You may use your provider’s dispute or chargeback procedures and applicable regulator or court remedies; contacting Kwonnet first is encouraged but not a condition of those rights. Tell us if a dispute is already open so we can coordinate resolution and avoid duplicate reimbursement. We may reconcile balances and investigate abuse, but will not withhold a mandatory remedy simply because an account is restricted.
In Nigeria, consumer concerns may also be raised with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission. Other applicable consumer protections continue to apply where you live. If a standard eligibility rule conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule takes priority.
9. Contact and policy changes
Contact supakonnect@gmail.com for refund assistance. We update the date above when this policy changes and communicate material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove refund rights applicable to an earlier purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle payment and support information.
